I am very thankful for having my aunt Karen in my life -she has been diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) and she was told that she would be dead within a year. Granted she can't do much and she can't talk (we have a board with letters and she points with her eyes) but she is still here. She has taught me so much about perseverance and I admire her for that. I pray to God everyday that she can get through this horrible disease and I just treasure the time that I can be with her. Thank you

I am most thankful for the everyday miracles....for the things we normally take for granted. My dear brother-in-law had a massive stroke in mid-July and this has made me so aware of everything good that we don't take note of in our daily lives. It took him six weeks to re-learn how to swallow, so I treasure the ability to take a cool drink of water. Instead of a 15-minute struggle with braces and unresponsive limbs, I am able to stand up from my chair in an instant. I can check my e-mail, drive my car, open doors, read a book. I move without pain. I laugh at jokes, work mutually with associates to develop a good work product, come home at the end of the day and relax. If we take a moment, we can certainly come up with all the "big" things that enrich our lives, but I think we need to take it a step further and recognize that every moment represents a small blessing and a reason to be thankful.

Thanks for the note and the opportunity to let you know what I am thankful for this year. My wife and I have been married for 15 years, but have not had any children of our own. We have been involved in foster care for five years with intent to adopt if any of these children became available for adoption. Although we had had eleven foster children in our home for varying lengths of time, none were free to be adopted. Then child number 12 arrived, a sweet 6-year-old girl. Within three months she became available for adoption and on July 15 became our daughter. Kristen is a wonderful completion to our family and we are very thankful.

Happy Thanksgiving to you.

Well, I am thankful for the sun that shines and the moon that glows at night. I am thankful for my husband and the two most beautiful children that would have not been possible without him… as they look at me they have his eyes… as they speak they speak his voice… and they move the way he does. I am thankful for my faithful friend that greets me each time I arrive at home bounding and barking like I was her long lost friend. I am thankful for the peaceful moments when I can reflect all that is good in my life. I am thankful for life.

Mariana Bucurescu

I am thankful because Jesus died for my sins and raised to save me. I am thankful for His love, care and protection. I am thankful for my family, because I have loving parents who raised me, for my loving husband, for my three children and the list can continue, but it may be too long to write it here in this message!

Irene
Schaumburg, Illinois, USA

I used to be most thankful about the small things that made my life pleasant, like visiting with my children, watching cardinals at my birdfeeder, and the smell of the air after a thunderstorm. Recently I've taken less for granted, and have become more thankful of the peace and freedoms I have because I am a citizen of the United States.

Warren and Arlene
Phoenix, Arizona, USA

My wife Arlene and I are so thankful to be born in the United States and to live under a constitution that provides Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness to us, to our seven children and to our nineteen grandchildren and all who follow. What a great privilege it is to live each day as a free people, free to speak and live as we choose and free to love and serve each other and our creator God and his son Jesus Christ without fear of persecution.

Gina Schwalm

I am thankful for a gentle kiss from the one I love, huge smiles from my nieces and nephews when they see me, a tear of pride from my parent, a few laughs with my friends, a few pokes from my brothers, a big hug from my sister, a lick on my face from my dog, acceptance from a stranger, and my freedom.

I AM THANKFUL FOR MY FAMILY, MY HEALTH AND MY CONTINUING AND GROWING MOTIVATION TO BE ALL I CAN BE!

Leslie Nolin-Izzo

I am thankful for the fact that I, unlike millions, will sleep in a warm dry bed tonight. I will eat healthy food and drink clean water. I am thankful that I can read and write and that I had the choice of receiving an education. I live in a country that is and will remain free. I am thankful for my parents who took the time to raise myself and my siblings with solid, selfless values and ensured we would have the courage to speak out for those who could not. I am thankful for my husband and children for whom life would not have near as much color or warmth. Happy Thanksgiving!

I am thankful for my freedoms (past, present, and future). In America, we pride ourselves on being free. We can freely travel across our countries borders without constraint. We enjoy freedom of speech and religion. And each year, the number of freedoms that we enjoy becomes greater and greater.

We honor those men who fought (and often died) to secure of freedoms. People are fighting right now so that you and I can remain free. Today, I am especially grateful for the number of “new freedoms” that are being introduced into the world. Computers give us the freedom to communicate in ways that we would not dream of just a few years ago…and at blinding speeds. Thousands of scientists, researchers, and inventors are working right now to create new freedoms for me and you in the future (and especially for those people who have a disability).

We don’t often reflect on it, but one of the most extraordinary gifts that God has bestowed on Americans…is our freedoms. God Bless America.

I, of course, am thankful for a wonderful wife, a beautiful six year old daughter, other family members and friends. But, most importantly I am thankful that I am able to have a personal relationship with the Creator of the Universe and His Son, Jesus Christ who is alive and well in my life. He truly loves me and counsels me in my every moment though His inspired Word, the Bible. Who could ask for more?

Don Carius
Washington, Illinois, USA
I am thankful Gladys and have gotten to spend over 62 years together and for our good health. Also, how thankful I was that I returned home from 14 months in France, Holland and Germany in WWII unscathed. And last, but not least, for our four children and their families.

I am thankful to see another day, I am thankful to open my eyes to see the new day. I'm thankful to be able to get to my feet even though it may have been painful. I’m thankful that once I got to my feet I had someplace to go. I'm thankful that once I got where I was going I will be compensated; the rest of the issues are just minor irritations because the big things went well!

(We developed that set of words after I had a heart attach 14 years ago. This is what helped me keep a positive attitude to be able to heal and then reverse a lot of the issues that caused the heart attack)

Mark Gunn
South Elgin, Illinois, USA

I am thankful for His boat. Sydney and I have four children under six. They are Gillian (5), Graysen (3), Trevor (2) and MerriMac (8 weeks). Our house gets a little crazy each night around supper time. At the table, Sydney and I catch ourselves "observing" together the four little people God has given us and their very unique personalities. We are thankful for the gift of children.

Since our second daughter arrived God has taught us a lot more about Himself and ourselves. Our second daughter "Gracie" has Down Syndrome. Our activities frequently revolve around what is happening in her life whether it's therapy, doctor's visits, etc... This year during the week of Thanksgiving she is having heart surgery. It is tough to be thankful during this time, but the "process" has taught me over and over that these are not my kids. They belong to God. That makes enjoying the moment much better. He must provide for them all they need in this journey. It's His boat, His ocean, His wind, His waves, His compass... all His. To see what I mean read Mark 6:45-52. Read carefully.

Thank you Canada for accepting us more than 50 years ago as refuge, when we had to escape from communism, leave our dear ones and our home (Slovenia, Yugoslavia---people were sent back from camps in Austria and Italy and killed by communists in different grottos), to stay alive and start a new life!

I am thankful for everything - for the life given to me, for my family and friends, for my country, for my professional success, for the peace in my heart, for every moment given to me, for health, for the little comforts and joys of life ..... for God's presence in my life.

Linda

What I am thankful for is here at work the way everyone works so well together. Regardless of what is happening in the news, there is a team effort to help each other get our product out, even with all the different races, nationalities, and religions, we all realize it's what on the inside that counts. That is what I am most grateful and thankful for.

What I am thankful for is that I am a believer in Jesus Christ which coupled with living in America gives me more freedom and opportunity than I could ever deserve.

I am very thankful for opportunity to do what I love to do for a career. I quit my health care administrative job this year and now speak professionally full time. It takes my husband, grandparents and support network of professionals to be able to pursue this dream. For that I am oh so thankful.

I'm thankful for many things these days (including having a job in these turbulent times), but if I had to narrow it down to any one thing I'd have to say being part of a close and loving family would be the winner. I have two wonderful kids who give countless hours of enjoyment (there's some aggravation in there too, but we won't get into that here), and a beautiful wife who has truly taught me the meaning of family and unselfishness. I can't even imagine where I'd be if I didn't have them. It's actually nice that you asked me this question because I don't think I stop and realize often enough how lucky I am. So, thank you for asking.

Jose' M. Martinez

I am thankful for being ALIVE. I did not write my own book so it was written for me at Parkland and Baylor hospitals where several surgeries account for the miracles experienced. GOD continues to perform miracles TODAY and I am thankful each day I wake up, pretty healthy. To GOD be the glory!

In Portugal we don't have a Thanksgiving day. But I want to say thanks to those who believe in me. That is very important for me in this right moment. I started a business, but my family don't give me any support. They don't believe in me... so I'm passing for a bad period. I want to thank you for "being here"... for giving me some lights. Thanks. I want to thank God for being alive!

I am thankful for my family, for my wife and my child that are on the way. I am thankful that I get to serve God fulltime in a Christian Camp. I get the opportunity to spend my days changing live for eternity, and that just rocks.

Adarsh G.A.

I am thankful for life has given me a chance to experience love ,a chance for contribution, a chance for glory, a chance to celebrate for reasons I decide to celebrate, a chance to be born in the time the world has been (and being) freed from dictators, communists for generations have realised the value of every human being, for science & technology has progressed and improving the quality of life, for this is definitely the best of times were to communicate to a person like you so far away takes seconds, unbelievable!!!

Our religion believes (Hindhuism) that the thing that moves with the greatest speed is the mind, and certainly we are a part of history were in we have reached the horizon of exploring our minds!! That makes life more interesting as in we may be close to answer many mysteries of life. Happy thanksgiving, I dream that one day we will meet in person and celebrate thanksgiving.

I'm thankful for the gifts and talents God has given me and that I am in a company that allows me to use those gifts to work in an area that I'm passionate about. I'm thankful that I'm blessed with a loving and supportive wife and children. And most of all, I'm thankful the grace God has shown me through His Son, Jesus Christ. Without Him, I'm nothing.

Susan Daugherty
Lombard, Illinois, USA

What I am thankful for? God's ultimate gift to us as human beings! A thing called free will. Let me explain from my personal situation. Back in January 1984 (Friday the 13th) I was involved in a life changing car accident. People often say to me "you have such a good attitude". Life is too short to have a bad attitude. I could moan and bitch and say "poor me". But what would that get me? When the doctors told me "you'll never walk again," I took my free will gift and decided that wasn't going to happen. I am happy and thankful with free will because it allows me options and choices.

I am thankful for for being able to live a life that expresses and challenges my sense of purpose in life. I am a bringer of change in many people’s lives and my purpose is to empower those people through self-transformation and change. Currently I work as Director of Studies for a University Foundation Program which aims to successfully empower Chinese students going abroad to be successful in Western style academic environments. It is personally very rewarding and something for which I am very thankful.

I am Thankful for a lot of things. But I am most thankful for my life. With out a life you could not live the life you deserve. With out a life you can not pray to the Lord. With out a life you can not see the depths of the glory of God. With out a life you could never have the experience of anything important. Finally, if you didn't have a life, you could not be with your loved ones on Thanksgiving, or any special holiday.

Grant Stillwood

I am thankful for: My good health. I had several relatives pass away this year, and each of them was very sick in the time before they died. I am thankful I can see and hear well, as well as play sports and eat the kinds of foods I like. It's easy to take these things for granted until you can't do them anymore.

• For having been baptized into Christ receiving forgiveness of sins.
• For God’s continuing mercy to me a sinner.
• For a loving family (husband, children, grandchildren and parents).
• For the wonderful caregiver which God has provided to take care of my parents.
• For hearing an understandable loving phrase which may be directed to me by my dear mother, who has Alzheimer’s and normally speaks in a language all her own.
• Being able to say “I love you” to my mother who lay in a hospice bed, just one more day.
• For a father who is a very kind and giving parent.
• For my dear husband who loves me and allows me the freedom to express myself.
• For faithful and enduring friends.
• For being allowed to live long enough to retire.
• For good health which God has provided to my husband and me.
• For the ever-nagging projects which are finally accomplished.
• For being able to give and receive a hug, sharing a loss or joy.

That I live in a cool country. What is thanks giveing because we don't have it here?

Betty J. Heckman
Omaha, Nebraska USA

I am thankful for being an American and living in such a special country. I am also thankful for having a loving family and friends. I am also thankful for having hosted International Exchange students from many countries and being able to show them by actions what we Americans really are like. None of these students will ever burn an American flag as they saw us, our family, our church friends as we really are, caring individuals. These young people were from Japan, Indonesia, Korea, China, Taiwan, India, Africa and other countries and we learned so many interesting things from all of them. We all need to learn to appreciate our differences. God Bless America and the World as well!!!

Bill Kaufman
Morton, Illinois, USA

I am thankful to be living in the USA. I have been to many countries in this wonderful world but none compare to the good old USA. I am also thankful for four wonderful children and their mates and 13 and soon to be 14 wonderful grandchildren. I am also glad that God sent his only begotten son who died on the cross that we may be able to seek out our soul salvation to one day join him in heaven.

Dr. Bobby Bell
Fort Smith, Arkansas, USA

It may sound like a cliché but I am thankful in everything. Some things have not been pleasant in my life, but God gave me an ability to enjoy life no matter what the circumstances and to see me through it. While God has graced me with this attitude, I have a part to play and that is for me to choose happiness. God is all around us, showing us love in other people and even nature. For this I am grateful that God lets me see beyond the negative parts of life and know that He is always with us.

What I am thankful for is God being all in all in my life and thank yoself as well for being committed in helping and encouraging souls like me. Thank again and again!

Howard Silver

I am thankful for the simple right to choose. This might seem too simplistic, but it permeates all that we do:

The right to choose where to live
The right to choose how and what to think
The right to choose how to worship
The right to choose our political fate and how I will be governed
The right to choose to raise a family
The right to choose NOT to choose

All of these seem so natural to us Americans that we take for granted that all of those "rights" have to be secured with constant vigilance - maybe even lives. That is the price we pay for our "right to choose" and for the freedoms we enjoy.

NOTE: Carolyn told me she keeps a log of what she is thankful for in her Journal 10 + (11 years on one page so when she’s writing today she can read what she wrote last year and the year before, etc.) If you’re interested in this, you can find it on her website (www.trainingsys.com) She said, “It’s a great tool for me to make sure I look for several things to be thankful for each day.”

The things I am most Thankful for are…
• I am thankful for the sorrows of my life for they have shown me God's happiness
• I am thankful for the pain I have suffered both physical and emotional for they have shown me God's healing.
• I am thankful that I live in "poverty" for it has shown me the richness of God.
• I am thankful for the ugliness I've seen in life for it has shown me God's beauty.
• I am thankful that for now matter how plain or simple I may be God believes I'm special and He loves me as I am.

This last year has been tough, as I'm sure you are fully aware. The dot-com I was running had to shut it's doors after 9-11, and I've not found consistent work since. But I'm grateful for free time I've been able spend with my new daughter, Grace and in supporting my wife with my presence -- something that was not possible while the company struggled along.

We've come to realize that it's time to sell our dream house and simplify. A lot of feelings about that -- but I'm grateful for the time we've had here, and selling will allow us to pay off our debt and shore up our long-term savings. It will also be nice to have a significantly lower overhead.

The recent loss of Sen. Paul Wellstone, the subsequent sweep of the Republican party and the inevitableness of war brings up a lot of fear for our future. But I'm grateful that I live in a country where every citizen has the opportunity to participate in the selection of our leadership, and therefore our policies. I am willing to be wrong and trust the collective consciousness of our democracy. I'm grateful I don't have to make these decisions on my own.

In my free time I've also had the chance to think about what I really want to do. I've actually started massage school, and am grateful for the chance to do work that feels like a personal choice rather than the only choice.

I'm not sure if this is what you were looking for, but it felt good to go through the process. Thanks for your continuing encouragement -- I'm grateful for the way you demonstrate that leadership is a state of mind.

Pamela Chadwick
Poplar Bluff, Missouri, USA

I have many things to be thankful for this Holiday season. The Lord has blessed me with a wonderful husband and 4 beautiful children ranging from 8-18 years. I am thankful for His guidance in raising our children to be kind, caring and generous young adults, anyone who has teenagers understands what a challenge they can be. I am also very thankful for the friends he has blessed me with.

I am especially thankful for one friend in particular that came into my life about 2 years ago. Her name is Annie and she is a very outgoing and outspoken person. Quite the opposite of me. She has taught me and helped me grow into the leader I am today. When we meet I was still quite shy and was afraid of talking to people I didn't know. With her encouragement and help I joined her in starting our own businesses working from home and I have overcome my fear of talking to strangers. Today she is still one of my best friends and we are both enjoying the fruits of our labor in our businesses.

Tom Schindler

I'm particularly thankful at this season for parents who took the time to pray for my spiritual survival. In a day when many are too busy to take time to pray every day for the important people in their world, they made time. My parents were up early in the morning, on their knees literally before God, on my behalf. I have a spiritual heritage because of that, and I understand the discipline that prayer demands to be effective. I think it also defines love that goes beyond giving your children what they desire, and petitions the only one who can do something about what they really need, a life that pleases God. So this year, I pause and give thanks for parents with vision, love, and the self-discipline to invest in me at the level that makes a difference. What a heritage.

I am most thankful that I was in WWII with great men who were fighting for a great nation . . THEN . . Now with all the lying by our Congressional people . . and the State of the Country after the Liberals have ruled it for 30+ years . . the Prisons . . the illegals . . the Unions controlling everything . . the Welfare . . more Psychologists and Counsellors then inmates . . we could go on and on . . so back then we fought for a pretty straight forwarded country . . and alot of lives were given for such . . Clinton almost tore this country down . . and alot of us Vets still feel he should be in a Federal Prison along with his wife . . on her inside trading . . you have it . . don't care whether it is printinged or put in print . . the government could be better if it was honest with us out here and would listen to us .

I am most thankful to God for my life, health and strength. I am thankful for my immediate and extended family members, my church family, business associates and my few friends. I am thankful for the daily things we most often take for granted. Fresh air, the birds in the trees, and the sweet fall breeze, etc. We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give. In all things, give thanks.

My wife and I have adopted 13 children, many of whom were severely abused and handicapped. The situations these children come from were horrible and grotesque. Thankfulness is something we have tried hard to teach them, for it allows them to look at the present, instead of the past. It takes their eyes off themselves, and makes them look at what they have been given by others.

So what I am thankful for:
• I am thankful for my wife who has been my soul mate, and help mate for over 27 years.
• I am thankful for the smile of my 5 year old daughter who comes running to greet me when I return home at night.
• I am thankful for my handicapped daughter who is wheelchair bound. She has taught me the meaning of suffering, and still being able to smile and love others.
• I am thankful for my retarded kids who have learned to accept themselves as they are, and have committed themselves to helping others.
• I am thankful for my healthy kids. They have endured much through the years, and have always been patient, respectful of their younger siblings, and helpful.
• I am thankful for my kids who struggle with their deficits, yet continue to press on to do better despite frustration.
• I am thankful, because I have all around me living examples of people who have suffered, been beaten up, bear scars and missing body parts, yet are able to love, and give of themselves without self pity.
• I am thankful to God, who has loved me despite myself, and has put all these people in my life to teach me of His profound love.
• I am thankful that what I don't have, I don't miss. I have all that I need, and what I do have, I couldn't live without.

I am especially thankful for the quality of people who are in my life: particularly my parents--who are great role models of faith and integrity; my friends--who remain steadfast and encouraging even in difficult times; and the college and young adult women who I have the privilege of mentoring. "My" girls are the lights of my life. They teach me and inspire me every day, and have given me many of my fondest memories. Such rich relationships are among my deepest blessings.

I am thankful for the abundance we are privileged with in this Country, Abundance shared by millions of people from all walks of life caring, sharing and giving of themselves to help others in happy and sad times. I am thankful for Gods gifts of Life, Love and Liberty for they are the tie that binds. I am also very thankful for new beginnings and Second Chances. Where would any of us be without the spirit of forgiveness in our hearts? I pray this thanksgiving that there will be peace, prosperity and Hope for all.

I always start with a Thankfulness for the Gift of Life. All other things pale in comparison and they fall into the appropriate perspective. Beyond that is the appreciation of good health. All the rest of our world is opportunity. If you can embrace this perspective each day your god gives you, life will be filled with joy regardless of stock market numbers, difficult employers or the fickle nature of all our possessions. Thanksgiving is everyday.

I am very thankful for the spiritual experience I had the night before my husband Delbert died. When our Pastor visited Del was very restless. He stroked Del’s arm for a short while and said, “Del I am going to read some scriptures.” The minute he started reading and praying with us, Del was very quite and relaxed. Del had not responded and I know he heard every word and God was with him.

I am thankful for another day where I can draw breath. I believe that our time here is a privilege and my hope is that I can bring glory to my God by what I do and what I say during the short period of time He gives me on this earth He created. I consider myself so fortunate that He gave me a wonderful wife, four great kids, a job I enjoy and a Church family to love and to be loved by. I cannot, in good conscience, complain about anything (even though I still do). I am incapable of doing anything good on my own, yet He has chosen to help me and to bless me abundantly. To sum it up, I am thankful for my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and the price that He paid for me. He died so that I can live (with peace in my heart while on this earth and then in Heaven with Him). Thanks for the opportunity to express my thanks.

I am thankful for many things, first of all, Life -- the gifts of experiences, learning and love. This gift of life is recognized much more than it was prior to a recent rollover accident where I came out unscathed. That in itself is a miracle that I am thankful for. Within this encompassing gift of life are many other things that I am thankful for. I am thankful for my family, friends, clients and business associates.

I am very appreciative of my clients and business associates. I have been blessed doing something that I love. The computer consulting business is an exciting and challenging business, but it is only for those who are really skilled and confident in what they do and for those that are willing to lead. The people I work with are people that are extremely talented, yet remain humble, always willing to share their knowledge and looking to learn more.

Finally, are my family and friends who have been there through thick and thin, they are always understanding and supportive. Love is the greatest gift.

What am I thankful for? This is a real hard question. I have a whole list:
I am thankful for each and every day, the sun rise, the sunset, the fall color and the spring flowers...

I am thankful for the bundle of opportunities that life brings me everyday.

I am thankful for the wonderful people I encounter everyday, from every one of them I learn something.

I am thankful for the beautiful family I have, for the support, the love from each and everyone of them.

I am thankful for having a great company to apply the knowledge I gained and to make the world a better place to live.

The list can go on and on, but I am going to stop here!

First of all let me say that I am honored that you asked me. I don't know if you know that I am 70 years young and will be one year younger on the 21st of this month.

There is a reason I am disclosing this very private thing. I grew up in this Country at a time when it was really the greatest place in the world. That’s not to say that it is not still a great country, just that it has changed, some for the better, mostly I'm afraid for the worse. Don't get me wrong, I still love America; we have been through some hard times together.

I am thankful that there are still some of the old ways. However, what is being done to our Constitution and Bill of Rights is ludicrous. They are taking all the words and twisting them into pretzels. Look at just the history I have been a part of. We have always been a Progressive country, but, think about it. HOW PROGRESSIVE CAN IT BE TO STEAL THE RIGHTS OF THE INDIVIDUAL? With each election year I keep hoping that we will have someone like FDR or even JFK, never mind what their social life was like, their political life was good. Perhaps someday.

At least we are still a Free Country, just not as open as the good old days. I know we have an Angel looking over us, this is why I am GLAD TO BE AN AMERICAN.

I am thankful for the countless things that God has truly blessed me with, i.e family, friends, good health, shelter, employment only to mention a few. I am thankful for the wisdom that I have in order to make best choices. I am also thankful for the mistakes that I have made in the past or make everyday as they help me to learn from the negative in order for me to grow as a person. I am thankful for the love that I give and share with others, the gift of compassion and the forgiveness that I give and receive. Most of all, I am thankful for my POSITIVE attitude that helps me to overcome the challenges I face everyday and the choice that I made to invite JESUS CHRIST AS MY LORD AND SAVIOR, as I know that all the above will not be possible without him. Above all things, I am thankful for God's daily presence in my life, His "Grace," (unearned favor) and His faithfulness to me as I strive to walk with Him through this life. He always loves me no matter what and He forgives me, if I ask Him to, when I do something I later regret and is a poor reflection upon Him. (1st John chapter 1 verse 9.) It seems He is more concerned about me than He is about His own reputation, and I cannot express my thanks to Him enough for this.

Andy,
First of all I want to thank you for this honor, to write what I am thankful for this year. Which is much! I am one of the people that has a very grateful heart for everything I am able to do. I see so many that cannot or won't do anything, to have a better life, and/or abundant life. It grieves my heart. For I know, there is a life to have, and to enjoy; as I have found. It is what you do with your life and who your relationship is with, that you give too control it. That abundant life comes from, Our Creator, Saviour, Lord and the ONE who LOVE YOU UNCONDITIONALLY.
I am thankful, to be born, for such as time as this time.
I am thankful, that after nine years plus of critically sick and crippled, my mother is healed; now walking with no problems, and getting better by the day.
I am thankful, for my son and the changes in his life; the woman he married, which is now my daughter.
I am thankful for the ability to have my own two small businesses. I am thankful to have the stamina, and patience to stay with it till I succeeded. Business… that I enjoy!
I am thankful, for the people that I have helped to make a difference in their lives.
I am thankful, for my precious husband that has been a big support, in whatever, I decide I want to do, he stands behind me 100%, and gives me advice, when he sees I need some help, or another point of view.
I am thankful, for each customer, client, and partner, that I have and going to have. I love people, and I want to make a difference in their lives, and in their health.
I am thankful, for our President of the United States, and all who are standing with him in unity.
As you can see I am thankful, for everything; both good and even the bad, cause everything works out for the good who love the Lord.
My word to the readers is have a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, and let Him have your life and He will give you a life abundant, a life you won't forget or a life that you will not change. He is your answer! Be a blessing, as He blesses you. BE THANKFUL FOR EVERYTHING IN YOUR LIFE! TRUST THE LORD & HAVE LIFE!
If you want more information on what has made a difference in my life, e-mail me at snewell2@juno.com.

What I am thankful for - getting up every morning and having the opportunity to thank God for a new day - to count my blessings, to be counted on, for freedom and hope, and for those who stand on guard and protect us. God Bless America.

Please note the following quote from the 1960 Inaugural Speech of President Kennedy

"In your hands, my fellow citizens, more than mine, will rest the final success or failure of our course. Since this country was founded, each generation of Americans has been summoned to give testimony to its national loyalty. The graves of young Americans who answered the call to service surround the globe.

Now the trumpet summons us again--not as a call to bear arms, though arms we need--not as a call to battle, though embattled we are-- but a call to bear the burden of a long twilight struggle, year in and year out, "rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation"--a struggle against the common enemies of man: tyranny, poverty, disease and war itself.

Can we forge against these enemies a grand and global alliance, North and South, East and West, that can assure a more fruitful life for all mankind? Will you join in that historic effort?

In the long history of the world, only a few generations have been granted the role of defending freedom in its hour of maximum danger. I do not shrink from this responsibility--I welcome it. I do not believe that any of us would exchange places with any other people or any other generation. The energy, the faith, the devotion which we bring to this endeavor will light our country and all who serve it--and the glow from that fire can truly light the world. "
