How Does The
Leadership Fast Track Program Work?
The Leadership Fast Track Program follows our

leadership development model that combines assessments, workshops,
reinforcement, and coaching to bring about truly successful results.
The customized approach is critical.
You bring unique strengths, challenges, and needs to the
program. Why should you be treated like everyone else? You will start the program by taking a globally recognized
leadership assessment. You and I will walk through the results of the
assessment in a one-on-one discussion, making sure your unique strengths
and opportunities for growth are identified. In addition, we'll discuss
your objectives for the program so we can tailor it specifically to your
needs.
The workshop format is simple, yet effective. Every
3-4 weeks, for eight
sessions, you'll join other Leadership Fast Track Program participants on a 1½
to 2 hour web conference. We'll discuss the principles for each step
in the program during our time together. Then you'll work on applying the
material between sessions.
Unlike an intensive (and exhausting) workshop, the Leadership Fast
Track Program is facilitated via web conference in the convenience and
comfort of your home or office. The big advantage of this approach is that
you don't waste valuable time traveling to and from a workshop or missing
extended time away from your job.
And you can attend by telephone and web browser from wherever you live
(or are traveling) in the world.
Instead of getting a "workshop high" with the inevitable letdown soon
after, you'll be gradually integrating the ideas into your business
practices over the course of six months. After each session you'll have
more clarity and confidence and, as you apply the learning, will begin to
see results.
The audio from all Leadership Fast Track Program sessions will be
recorded. If you miss a session or two, you'll be able to listen to
them online or on your mp3 player and get the homework and action steps for
that session. This gives you the flexibility to manage your schedule most
effectively. Listen and re-listen at your own pace whenever it works for

I will then contact you to schedule our initial one-on-one coaching

throughout the duration of the program. This session will occur prior to
the program kick-off.
As the start date of the program approaches, you'll get occasional
e-mail reminders. You'll be fully informed and prepared to engage

working with you throughout the program. I promise to keep it fun,

Have About The Leadership Fast Track Program
Q. Do I need any special equipment to participate in the Leadership Fast
Track Program?
A. You'll need a telephone for the sessions and a computer for the
homework. The workbook will be in pdf format and easy to download. The
video portion of the program uses an easy-to-download web conferencing tool
that works with all web browsers, regardless of whether you are Windows or
Mac based.
Q. Does the program come with a guarantee?
A. Yes, like all our programs, we have a guarantee. For the
Leadership Fast Track Program, it's as follows: Attend all sessions of the
Leadership Fast Track Program (or listen to the recordings if you miss a
session) and do all the work assigned between the programs. If you do not
feel the program has been worth much more than what you paid, you may ask
for and receive a full refund of your tuition.
Q. Do you have a refund policy if someone needs to drop out of the program
before it starts?
A. Yes. Just let me know by e-mail up to the day before your first
coaching session. Your tuition will be refunded minus a $50

Q. Will I be able to listen to the recordings of the Leadership Fast
