Too many managers think they'll solve a problem by
sprinkling a little training on it. Classic example:
Send a project manager to a Microsoft Project training course and expect that
they'll be a great PM because of it.
We deliver fun, highly engaging, and wildly practical keynotes and workshops.
Yet there's only so much learning you can get in the classroom. It has be
applied in the real world, and in the real world, the challenges are more
complex than simple case studies.
We help you apply the learning in the real world through a variety of ways:
job aids, coaching, online resources, e-learning, etc. One of our more
unique strategies is our "2 Minute Booster" e-reinforcement tool.
These reminders are
very professional and work at 'keeping the fire going' after you’ve left.
In short, each Booster summarizes one key point from a session. It can be read in 2 minutes or less, and
typically has a suggested action to take during the week. Any particular
program could have a series of 5-15 Boosters delivered once a week via e-mail. The Boosters are
written in a way to be crisp, engaging, fun, and motivating.
