Music & Sounds

Digital Juice. We are big fans of Digital Juice! Check out their StackTraxx product offerings for excellent royalty-free recordings at bargain prices. Their SoundFX library offerings are also excellent.

The Free Sound Project. For sounds we couldn't find from Digital Juice or make ourselves, we usually found something helpful on The Free Sound Project website.

Hardware & Software

Blue microphones. We are currently recording using the Snowball plug-and-play microphone from Blue Microphones.

Adobe Audition. We use Audition to record and edit our audio dramas. It has a nice combination of powerful features and ease-of-use.

Audio Dramas

Focus on the Family Radio Theatre. OK, so these guys set the bar extremely high when it comes to audio dramas! Their Narnia series is just as entertaining as the movies. We've also enjoyed Ben Hur, Les Miserables, Bonhoeffer, The Legend of Squanto, and Billy Bud, Sailor.

Your Story Hour. They've been cranking out audio dramas since 1949. We own many volumes of their work and have enjoyed plenty hours of listening while driving.
