When planning for your event, Andy will:

• Understand your organization's vision and mission statement, and who your customers and competition are. He will relate his presentation accordingly.

• Talk with you to get a sense of your organization's culture, unwritten rules, and vocabulary so the presentation can be tailored to the audience.

• Understand his role in your event and have a plan to meet your specific objectives as well!

• Conduct a pre-event discussion with you and/or your designated representatives to ensure his content is on target.

• Provide you with any promotional materials, photos, and introduction--anything he can to help you prepare and promote the event.

Andy is in touch with the audience when he presents. He is one of the best, which is why I am using him for some of my most difficult situations. For example, endnotes are challenging because the audience has had a whole day of hearing different topics. They need a presenter that is both energetic and relevant. Andy is both.
