System Requirements
===================

1. You will need a Web browser. Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or newer,
   or Netscape 7.0 or newer (or Mozilla equivalent) are recommended, 
   although other browsers and older versions of these browsers may work.
   For Unix and Linux, the Mozilla and Konqueror browsers, should work.
   Safari is recommended for Macintosh.
2. You will need the Macromedia Flash 6 or newer plug-in for your browser. You may 
   download the Flash player from 
   http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash.
   If you have any problems with the presentation playing correctly, make sure 
   you have the most recent version of the Flash player installed.
3. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or later to view or print the PDF files.
   You may download the Adobe Acrobat Reader from
   http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html.
4. You will need speakers or headphones to hear the audio.
5. Set your screen resolution to at least 800x600.
6. Make sure JavaScript is enabled in your browser.


Running the Presentation
========================

If you run this from CD, it is configured to autorun on Microsoft Windows. 
If it doesn't run, or if you are not running Windows, try the following actions:

1. Make sure your Web browser is already open before loading the CD.
2. View the file directory for the CD and launch the index.html page.
3. View the file directory for the CD, right-click on index.html, 
   select Open With, and select your web browser.
4. View the file directory for the CD in your Web browser and open the
   index.html page from there.
5. If all else fails, copy the files from the CD to your computer
   (about 80MB) and then launch the index.html file.

You are also able to run the presentation from the Institute's website.
You must login to the system before the "Launch" button is activated.
Login credentials are sent to you via e-mail after purchasing a license.


Single-User (non-Floating) License Terms
========================================

1. The Licensee (an individual) may view the modules in this courseware as many 
   times as desired. This is NOT a floating license; only the original purchaser
   may view the modules. The modules may NOT be played in a group setting. The
   courseware may NOT be transferred to another individual. Purchasing a
   single-user license is the same as sending one individual to a live course:
   only that one person can attend the course.
2. The Licensee may copy the files from the CD onto a single computer to be
   viewed only by the Licensee as many times as desired. These files may not
   be stored in a folder that is shared on a network.
3. The Licensee may not make any portion of this courseware, or any representations
   derived from it, available to any third party in any printed or electronic 
   medium, including but not limited to live presentation, audio or video 
   recording, CD, DVD, computer- or Internet-based training, Web-based seminars, 
   radio or television broadcasts, hardcopy, PDF, or PowerPoint.
4. The Licensee may not sublicense, sell, or transfer this courseware to any
   third party, with or without compensation.
5. This is a perpetual license. It does not expire. The Institute may terminate
   the license if Licensee violates any provisions of this license.


Site License Terms
==================

1. The Licensee (a company) may make this courseware available to any
   employee of the Licensee, who may view the modules in this courseware
   as many times as desired.
2. The Licensee may copy the files from the CD onto computers, network servers,
   or Intranet servers at the Licensee's location to be viewed only by employees
   of the Licensee as many times as as desired.
3. The Licensee may duplicate this CD for distribution to employees of the
   Licensee.
4. The Licensee may not make any portion of this courseware, or any representations
   derived from it, available to any third party in any printed or electronic 
   medium, including but not limited to live presentation, audio or video 
   recording, CD, DVD, computer- or Internet-based training, Web-based seminars, 
   radio or television broadcasts, hardcopy, PDF, or PowerPoint.
