The People and Projects Podcast
Succeeding in
business often comes down to your ability to lead people and deliver
results. Anyone can talk a good game. But at the end of the day you have to
deliver. Rarely can you do that on your own, which is why we must excel at
leading people.
Welcome to the People and Projects Podcast where we provide interviews and
insights to help you lead people and deliver projects. This podcast focuses
on the intersection of People and Projects--where work gets done in the
real world.
My name is Andy Kaufman. I'm a speaker, author, and executive coach and the
President of the Institute for Leadership Excellence & Development Inc. I
have the privilege of helping organizations around the world who are
struggling with how to deliver projects and lead teams.
I have worked with tens of thousands of people from hundreds of companies,
helping them deliver their projects, become more confident leaders, take
focused action, and to achieve the results they desire while maintaining a
balanced life.
